Job summary

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Project Manager. This permanent role is based in London, with 3 positions available – PM, Associate Director PM or Project Director.

You will manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to handover, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor budgets and delivery programmes, ensuring safety and client satisfaction throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.
• Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.
• Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
• Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
• Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
