Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Risk Manager to join the Programme Management Office (PMO). The role involves leading and supporting a network of risk professionals across the programme, with hybrid working arrangements across Warrington, Manchester or Derby.

You will drive risk registers, facilitate reviews, and provide analytics to inform decisions. A recognised risk management qualification and experience in major infrastructure or complex programmes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised risk management qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience applying risk management methodologies/frameworks such as ISO 31000.
• Experience in major infrastructure, engineering or complex programme environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, maintenance and assurance of programme and work package risk registers.
• Facilitate risk reviews, workshops and health checks to identify and manage risk.
• Provide expert risk management guidance, reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Support Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) activities and AI-based risk analytics.
