Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of key projects within the SMR Programme Directorate. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and risks across a high-value portfolio, reporting to a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.

You will work in a hybrid model with attendance at Manchester, Derby or Warrington locations, and travel as needed. A degree or equivalent PM experience is required, with familiarity in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP or Power BI.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent demonstrable delivery record.
• Experience delivering complex engineering or technology projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex topics for discussions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effective delivery of assigned projects and work packages within a wider programme environment.
• Coordinating scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder activities to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Monitoring performance, managing risks and escalating issues to maintain delivery momentum.
• Driving continuous improvement and applying lessons learned to future work.
