Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, strategically important projects and smaller programmes across the organisation. The role is full-time with flexibility for part-time, based in Lincoln, Peterborough or Huntingdon with hybrid working requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multiple, complex projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, with budget, risks and governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive change adoption across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategically important projects from idea through delivery, transition and closure.
• Develop robust business cases with costs, benefits and outcomes.
• Create project plans, milestones and change-management activities.
• Manage budgets across operational and capital expenditure with controls.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalating as required to governance.
• Build relationships with sponsors, senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Establish governance, reporting and communication across workstreams.
