Job summary

Ernest and Florent, a successful, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Bromley team. You will lead a varied portfolio across residential, education, healthcare and civic/community schemes, working closely with local authorities and housing associations, taking ownership from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction/property discipline is required.
• Strong project management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Residential experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently across full lifecycle with strong commercial/technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with the wider team on larger or more complex schemes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
