Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major structures projects across London. You will take ownership from pre-construction through to completion, guiding a delivery team of project managers, engineers and site managers while managing clients, consultants and subcontractors.

• Coordinate structural works with demolition, enabling works and temporary works.
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and opportunities.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing project team and lead the delivery of complex structures projects across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and wants to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

About the Role

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the delivery of major structures projects from mobilisation to completion
• Take overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, risk and H&S
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and wider delivery teams
• Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Drive project programmes, sequencing and delivery strategies
• Oversee commercial performance, procurement, variations and project costs
• Coordinate structural works alongside demolition, enabling works and temporary works
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and opportunities
• Ensure consistently high standards of safety, quality and environmental performance

Required Skills

• Strong experience within the London construction market
• A track record of managing complex construction projects
• Strong programme and commercial management skills
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors
• Excellent client and stakeholder-management abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience across reinforced concrete, steel, structural alterations, temporary works, demolition or complex refurbishment would be highly advantageous.
