Job summary

Ernest and Florent is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join the Bromley team, delivering across a varied portfolio including residential, education and civic projects. You will manage smaller schemes end-to-end and support Senior PMs on larger projects within a collaborative consultancy.

Degree in construction/property is required; residential experience is a strong plus. Hybrid working, APC support and clear progression opportunities are included in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction/property discipline.
• Experience delivering projects in a consultancy environment is required.
• Residential experience is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller projects independently across the full lifecycle.
• Support Senior Project Managers on larger schemes.
• Work directly with clients in a confident, professional manner.
