Jersey Evening Post is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide project control, project office, and programme support across complex change initiatives. You will ensure governance, reporting and control frameworks to deliver projects and programmes successfully.

You will track milestones, deliverables, risks and changes, collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders to align with organisational objectives and expected value.

Formación

• Strong experience in project controls and governance for complex change initiatives.
• Ability to analyse project information and produce clear management reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project-control arrangements for complex projects, including plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, change control, risk actions, resource allocation and contingency plans.
• Assess project information for completeness, identify divergences and escalate to leadership.
• Prepare consolidated status reporting, dashboards and governance materials for steering committees and Change Management Committee.
• Coordinate governance calendars, decision forums, reporting cycles and assurance requirements across projects.
• Maintain traceability between business cases, deliverables, outcomes and business benefits.
• Track timing, ownership and status of benefits, noting variances for review.
• Coordinate programme-level dependencies, resources, risks and issues across workstreams.
• Support scope definition, delivery planning, readiness, handover and post-implementation review.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and quality review for project resources where assigned.
• Develop and promote consistent project-management templates, reporting standards and controls.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops with stakeholders across locations, recording decisions and actions.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of governance frameworks.
• From time to time adapt role to support new processes or control requirements.
