Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Doncaster for a 12-month contract. You will own end-to-end delivery of business-facing technology projects across ERP, CRM, HR/payroll, BI and data initiatives, driving transformation and benefits realization.

You will lead stakeholder and supplier relationships, manage budgets, risks and dependencies, and line-manage project teams, while working in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end project management experience from idea to benefits realisation.
• Delivery of internal business and technology projects.
• Excellent business stakeholder and supplier management.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, procurement and delivery.
• Line management / people leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HR/payroll, BI, data or business systems.
• Background in housebuilding, manufacturing, logistics, engineering or other commercial environments is desirable.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of business-facing technology projects across systems implementation/upgrades, ERP, process improvement, data/BI and business transformation.

What we're looking for:

• Strong end-to-end project management experience - business case to benefits realisation
• Proven delivery of internal business & technology projects
• Excellent business stakeholder and supplier management
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, procurement and delivery
• Line management / people leadership experience
• Comfortable working independently without relying heavily on a large PMO
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HR/payroll, BI, data or business systems
• Background in housebuilding, manufacturing, logistics, engineering or other commercial environments is desirable

Important: This is primarily a business transformation and technology delivery role, rather than an infrastructure, cloud or software development position.
