Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dartford to lead delivery of strategic technology initiatives that transform how people, projects and operations work. You will engage stakeholders at all levels, bring structure to complex delivery and ensure business outcomes are achieved.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, managing governance, risk, timelines and dependencies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize value and delivery capacity.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic technology projects that improve how our people, projects and operations work. You'll be at the centre of business change, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure projects are successfully delivered, risks are managed, and business outcomes are achieved.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives across applications, platforms, infrastructure or data.
• Experience supporting technology transformation programmes, portfolios or large-scale change initiatives.
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern delivery approaches, including Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Professional project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
