About the role
Post Title: Senior Project Manager (Building Surveyor)
Team: Facilities Management Team
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Facilities Management Team at Bury Council. The FM Team covers all aspects of the building lifecycle undertaking projects from planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and energy management through to refurbishment and extensions across housing, schools, public estate buildings and offices. Our capability builds on over five decades of experience with extensive regulatory and legislative knowledge making sure that projects and the management of facilities are delivered safely, within programme, and satisfy our client’s specifications and service expectations.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week flexible working scheme based around the usual business working week.
