Job summary

Bimplus, a leading independent construction consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Cardiff team. The role offers hybrid working and a varied portfolio across the built environment, with a clear path for career development.

You will lead projects through feasibility to completion, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. 2–5 years in PM and a construction-related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction or property sector.
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working towards or interested in pursuing professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining project programmes.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring budgets and reporting on project performance.
  • Supporting procurement and contract administration activities.
  • Chairing project meetings and preparing reports for clients.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

A leading independent construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Cardiff team. The Role

As Project Manager, you will support and lead the delivery of projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
