Telana in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic, cross‑functional engineering programs. You will own delivery roadmaps, manage scope, schedule, and quality across multiple teams.

You will champion Agile practices, run sprint ceremonies, oversee release pipelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, Jira fluency, and cloud platform experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex cross‑functional engineering programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid planning.
• Proficiency with Jira and agile ceremonies.
• CSM certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and provide strategic leadership for long‑term delivery.
• Lead the delivery lifecycle from requirements through design, development, QA and deployment.
• Champion Agile processes across multiple engineering teams.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks and impediments.
• Coordinate releases and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bridge communication between engineering and stakeholders to align technical design with business goals.
