Job summary

Technica Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead some of our most important engineering projects. This role requires clear leadership from scope through to completion, with a focus on safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You’ll work with Senior Engineers and specialists, own delivery plans, manage budgets and risks, and build lasting client relationships. Flexible UK-based working with travel to client sites and Grimsby office as required.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in engineering discipline or engineering-led environment.
• Strong project controls and commercial knowledge.
• Understanding of CDM requirements and working within structured QHSE systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-impact engineering solutions.
• Establish delivery plans, responsibilities, milestones and reporting arrangements.
• Build and maintain open, trust-based client relationships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, programmes, resources, risks and change control.
• Run progress meetings and provide clear, accurate updates.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors with appropriate commercial awareness.
• Ensure alignment with CDM requirements, QHSE processes and relevant ISO standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and pride in delivery.
