Job summary

Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed financial services business to recruit an Integration Project Manager. You will lead the delivery of multiple acquisition integrations, ensuring business continuity and delivering acquisition value.

Working closely with the Head of Integration, you'll drive Day 1 readiness and 100-day plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and oversee migrations and governance while travelling as required.

Qualifications

• Proven post-merger integration experience from deal close through to integration.
• Day 1 readiness and 100-day planning experience.
• Experience coordinating Operations, Technology, Compliance, HR and Finance workstreams.
• Exposure to platform, process, client or data migrations.
• Strong governance, RAID management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking synergies and benefits realisation.
• Financial services experience, ideally within wealth management, advice or platforms.
• Ability to start quickly and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple acquisition integrations, ensuring business continuity and delivering acquisition value.
• Collaborate with the Head of Integration to drive successful transitions onto a common operating platform.
• Coordinate Operations, Technology, Compliance, HR and Finance workstreams for smooth execution.
• Oversee migrations of platforms, processes, clients or data as part of integrations.
• Establish governance structures, RAID logs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and report on synergies and benefits realisation during integrations.
