Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team within the Project Management Office (PMO) in the ISTAR & Cyber business area.
• Manage a portfolio of projects across government contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Handle end-to-end delivery of complex projects, supporting clients from requirements capture to delivery and handover.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure quality, consistency, and accountability.
• Present project performance to senior management.
• Implement project controls including risk, financial, change, and stakeholder management.
• Manage personnel, workload, and recruitment for the PMO.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience in Project Management.
• Experience with complex engineering projects preferred.
• Defence and security experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• APM Project Professional Qualification or equivalent (SCQF Level 9, PMQ, PRINCE2, PMI).
• Current, valid DV Security clearance.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain Enhanced Developed Vetting (EDV) security clearance.
