Job description

Who are TheTin?

TheTin is a performance-led brand and digital consultancy. We specialise in turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and delivering work that unlocks opportunities.

Whether it's boosting brand perception, enhancing customer experiences, or streamlining operations, our goal is to deliver measurable success through expert consultancy, strategy, and implementation.

Our award-winning team combines our passion for innovation with decades of experience. We use the latest AI technology to enhance our solutions, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.

We pride ourselves on building strong, lasting relationships based on honesty and transparency. We always take the time to understand each client's unique context and personalities, engaging with all stakeholders to deliver projects collaboratively.

In the rapidly evolving world of work, we combine flexible working practices and the latest technology to boost overall productivity. Our "outcomes, not hours" philosophy ensures that our efforts are focused on the measurable value clients receive.

Currently based in London and Newcastle, our teams work on a remote-first basis with the option to work in our London office if desired. To join us, you will ideally be based within a comfortable commuting distance of Newcastle or London, and must currently live in the UK. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their ethnicity, gender identity, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a distinctive blend of strategic, brand, and digital expertise—particularly in delivering complex paid media campaigns and brand strategy within the professional services and B2B sectors. You'll work closely with the Head of Delivery and cross-functional teams spanning strategy, brand, design, development, and performance media to drive project success across online and offline channels. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, translating complex ideas into clear plans and guiding senior clients confidently from concept through to delivery.

Fluency in brand and campaign language is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. You'll be adept at scoping and budgeting, building watertight statements of work, and creating detailed project plans that align stakeholders, timelines, and resources. You will manage activities across media planning, asset production, campaign launches, performance monitoring, market analysis and competitor research, brand definition and activation, and strategic consultancy—always with a focus on quality, creativity, and operational precision. Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is a strong advantage, as is confidence in handling interdependent workstreams with competing deadlines.

As the senior point of contact for your projects, you'll demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, building trust with C-suite clients and internal teams alike. You'll bring a high level of commercial acumen, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional creative outcomes. Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving inputs, you'll steer your client and your team through tight turnarounds and shifting priorities, keeping a firm grip on scope, reporting, and project health. Your leadership will inspire teams and clients alike—driving clarity, momentum, and results.

Role Expectations
  • Manage roles and responsibilities day-to-day whilst taking pride in self and work
  • Be trusted to manage time, tasks, and people
  • Work on any project at any stage; capable of managing multiple jobs/tasks to their time and standards, achieving desired outcomes
  • Host client status calls and manage expectations
  • Write and share project documentation such as scopes of work and status reports with the Head of Delivery
  • Manage internal project resourcing, deliverables, and budgets with detailed commercial awareness
  • Understand processes for delivering paid media campaign projects across various channels and formats
  • Translate campaign briefing documents into clear briefs
  • Contribute to our brand, culture, and workspace to make TheTin a great place to be
  • Work independently and collaboratively, self-starting and managing effectively
  • Maintain awareness of team and workload, spotting issues early
  • Be flexible and adaptable—hands-on, solution-focused
