Job summary

Cast Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our London team. You will lead day-to-day project management on residential schemes, oversee RIBA stage deliveries, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes from inception to completion.

The role is full-time and hybrid, with reporting to an Associate Director/Director and a focus on leveraging digital and data-driven approaches in construction. London-based projects span UK residential developments.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong technical capability across project management and delivery processes.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance.
• Adaptable and proactive approach, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management.
• Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and developing a long-term consultancy career.

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering residential developments across both pre- and post-contract stages, with the ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and support successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.

This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while leading high-profile schemes.
