Job summary

Independent Project Consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver office, retail and hospitality schemes valued £10m-£80m. You will work with a Project Director and a strong PM team to guide projects from initiation through delivery.

The role offers a clear pathway to Associate, a structured mentoring programme, and a competitive package including an annual bonus, private medical cover, life assurance, and flexible working one day per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy.
• Track record delivering projects under JCT contracts.
• Experience on office, retail and hospitality schemes (new build, cut‑and‑carve, CAT A/B)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief through delivery with Project Director oversight.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors.

This market leading project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q4 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hospitality new build, cut/carve and CAT A with contract values £10m-£80m.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy

• Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B
• Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent) or on pathway
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
