Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West

Salary: £60,000- £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) +annual bonus + generous private pension + life assurance + private healthcare + access to flexible company benefits scheme.

Please note you must have a RICS accredited degree to be considered for this role as a minimum qualification and proven experience in managing projects within construction, ideally within consultancy. (Finance, IT backgrounds will not be considered).

The Opportunity

A global real estate and development consultancy servicing a vast range of clients across a broad range of services lines; planning, development, asset management, lease advisory project management, strategic business advice etc!

In Manchester, they have a growing and established projects team of circa 30 professionals of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and PQS Quantity Surveyors. Delivering industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments. With project values at circa £200 million, they play a key role in infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.

Their flexible working approach ensures people thrive; some individuals operating across multiple sectors, while others focus on specialist areas – it’s your choice. As a business they work with Project Managers to carve a career in the direction that suits you.

The team follows a hybrid working model (minimums two days a week in the office) the team generally opting for a bit more office time, but also accommodating employees that prefer a more remote setup.

With a presence in over 100 offices they combine industry experience with innovation to shape the future of commercial real estate.

Duties include:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation, keeping everything on track.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress.
• Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project needs.
• Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.
• Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues.

MRICS qualification is highly desirable but they will also consider individuals qualified by experience.
