Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client, an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy, as they expand their team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear, or Power sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
2. Overseeing JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator
3. Monitoring progress, updating programmes, and tracking risks, actions, and budgets
4. Managing the full project lifecycle from initial briefs to completion
5. Providing client-focused project leadership and ensuring excellent service delivery
6. Preparing reports, coordinating and chairing meetings, and managing project documentation
7. Procurement and management of consultants and contractors

Role Requirements:

1. Experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear, or Power sectors
2. Chartership in RICS, APM, CIOB, or working towards it
3. NEC experience is preferred but not mandatory
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach
5. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and multi-project management skills
