Our client, in the hospitality sector, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects. The role involves driving digital transformation with a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of transformational projects, managing plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Supporting and mentoring your project team for high performance.
• Collaborating with the wider group to meet UK requirements.
• Horizon scanning for industry trends and upcoming features.
• Engaging with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Providing technical guidance to development teams.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, managing change.
• Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Senior PM delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong technical background in implementation, migration, customization, and integration.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (agile, waterfall, wagile).
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations or transformations.
