SAP S/4HANA Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Up to £80k plus benefits and free lunch

Our long-standing client in the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects. The role is crucial in driving their digital transformation, requiring a strategic mindset, a strong technical background, proven experience in challenging projects, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex, transformational projects, including planning, timelines, and budgets
• Supporting and coaching project teams to high performance through mentoring and guidance
• Collaborating with and influencing the wider group to meet UK requirements
• Monitoring industry trends and upcoming features
• Managing cross-functional and global stakeholder engagement
• Providing technical guidance to development teams
• Identifying and mitigating risks and managing change
• Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Senior PM delivering complex technical projects
• Strong technical understanding of implementation, migration, customization, configuration, and integration
• Experience working effectively with global teams
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Wagile)
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations or transformations
