Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex strategic change initiatives that support transformation and member outcomes. This role requires an experienced delivery leader who can govern, manage budgets and risks while influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.

You will shape delivery models, manage matrix teams and third‑party suppliers, delivering decisive action and measurable benefits for members and the organization.

Senior Project Manager - Change Delivery

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex strategic change initiatives that support Yorkshire Building Society's transformation and member outcomes.

This role is suited to an experienced delivery leader who can manage complex business and technology change, influence senior stakeholders and provide confidence through strong governance, financial control and risk management.

What you'll be doing

• Lead large, complex change initiatives from inception through to implementation.


• Own delivery strategy, scope, plan, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.


• Shape the delivery model, governance structure and reporting approach for complex initiatives.


• Lead business, technology, supplier and operational teams through matrix management.
