Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Business Analyst to shape and deliver change across our Yorkshire operations in Leeds. You will define clear requirements, create artefacts, and support delivery across business and technology change.

You'll work with business, technology, product and delivery teams in a collaborative, flexible environment that values outcomes and customer focus. A strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and process modelling will help drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis, Change Analysis or Process Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process modelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems and translate them into clear delivery artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in project, Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• A collaborative, member-focused and outcome-led approach.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong analysis, process and stakeholder skills to define clear requirements and support successful delivery across business and technology change.
