Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society Group in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager - Change Delivery to lead change initiatives that improve outcomes for our members and colleagues.   • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset with strong ownership and follow‑through.

Project Manager - Change Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of change initiatives that improve outcomes for our members and colleagues.

This is a delivery ownership role for someone who can manage scope, plan, budget, governance, risk and stakeholder engagement across business and technology change.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead projects from initiation through to implementation.

What you'll bring

  • Financial Services or regulated environment experience.

  • PRINCE2, APM, MSP, Agile or equivalent qualification.
