Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large-scale industrial and logistics development in Leeds. You will lead the day-to-day delivery, oversee the site team, and work with design and commercial teams to drive the project to successful completion.

The successful candidate will bring a strong main contractor background, experience delivering big industrial/logistics schemes, and proven leadership across large site teams to ensure milestones, safety, and quality are achieved on

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating at Senior Project Manager / Project Manager level for a Main Contractor with values over £35million.
• Strong track record delivering industrial, logistics, distribution or large-scale commercial projects.
• Experience managing projects from construction through to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent programme and project management knowledge.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project.
• Manage and coordinate the site management team.
• Drive the programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Work closely with the commercial and design teams.
• Monitor quality, health & safety and overall site performance.
• Chair progress meetings and report on project performance.
• Identify and resolve potential programme and delivery issues.
• Maintain strong communication with the client and wider project stakeholders.
• Take the project through to successful completion and handover.

A leading Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a key role on the delivery of a large-scale industrial and logistics development in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a strong main contracting background and experience delivering major industrial, logistics or distribution projects.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, overseeing the site team and working closely with the commercial, design and wider project teams.

Key responsibilities will include:
