About the Company - We are partnered with a Retail Banking client recruiting an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering critical business change projects on a permanent basis for a growing team. This role is hybrid and based in London, offering an excellent benefits package.

About the Role - Must have the following experience:

• Experience delivering projects and programmes in a challenging, fast-paced banking environment across various product areas.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen and broad business awareness to understand how the project integrates with the rest of the business to enable delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt style to achieve the right outcomes.
• Strong planning and change management experience within financial services.
• Must have managed budgets and possess strong risk and issue management skills.
• Experience developing business cases and mapping benefits realization strategies and plans.
• Ability to think strategically and drive execution, engaging with and influencing executive leadership, including Directors and Board sponsors.
• Adaptability to different project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
