KSNPM in the United Kingdom is expanding its building surveying practice with opportunities in Manchester and London. You will join a growing, people-focused consultancy where your ideas are heard and you can help shape the service while taking on increasing responsibility as the team grows.
This role requires MRICS status and a Building Surveying degree, broad experience, strong report writing, and practical, commercially aware solutions.
For almost 30 years, KSNPM has helped clients turn plans into successful buildings through project management, cost consultancy and building surveying. Continued investment and a strong pipeline of work are driving our UK growth, creating an exciting opportunity to join us as we expand our teams in Manchester and London.
This is more than a routine surveying role. You will join a growing, people-focused consultancy where your ideas are heard, your contribution is visible and you can help shape the future of the service. As the team expands, so will the opportunities to take on responsibility and progress your career.
Our culture combines high standards with genuine support. Colleagues describe KSNPM as having a family feel: friendly, collaborative and built on trust. Approachable people share knowledge, solve problems together and recognise the value every colleague brings. We care about technical excellence, but we value personality, initiative and strong relationships just as highly.
You will have the freedom to use your judgement, supported by experienced colleagues when you need guidance. Through varied assignments, client exposure and collaboration with project managers and cost consultants, you can build confidence, broaden your expertise and develop the commercial and leadership skills needed for your next step.
You will manage a diverse range of professional and project-based building surveying instructions. Your work may include condition and PPM surveys, lifecycle and asset planning, technical due diligence, building pathology and defect diagnosis, reinstatement cost assessments, specifications and schedules of work, refurbishment and remediation projects, contract administration, dilapidations and client reporting.
You will work closely with project managers, cost consultants and clients, balancing sound technical advice with practical, commercially aware solutions. Relationship building is central to the role.
