We’re looking for a commercially-minded Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering programmes across international teams, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of cutting-edge automotive technology.

You’ll be the key customer interface from bid through to production, responsible for shaping project plans, managing risk, and ensuring deliverables hit time, cost and quality targets. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence project success and customer satisfaction.

As the Senior Project Manager you will be part of a team shaping the future of sustainable transport – with the freedom to drive meaningful projects, supported by flexible working, private healthcare, performance bonus (up to 15%), pension scheme, and development opportunities. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the preparation and submission of project bids and plans
• Managing stakeholder relationships – acting as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the project externally
• Delivering projects through a structured, gated development process
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing (UK & China)
• Monitoring project health and reporting KPIs to senior leadership
• Actively managing risk, change, and issue resolution to keep delivery on track

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated success in delivering engineering or automotive Tier 1 customer projects
• A confident communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding of product development and manufacturing
• A degree in Engineering or similar; APM qualification or Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence or Jira
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, global teams with some international travel
