Job summary

Azets is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Continuous Improvement team. You will lead enterprise-wide programmes and projects delivering operational efficiency and transformation, partnering with IT Solutions to turn ideas into technology-enabled change.

You will manage scope, delivery strategies, governance, budgets, risks, and benefits realisation across business and tech domains, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed change and grow project management

The role

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Continuous Improvement team. This team plays a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-wide programmes and projects that drive operational efficiency, enable transformation, and support strategic growth. Working closely with our IT Solutions team, we turn ideas into reality through technology-enabled change.

The portfolio is broad and dynamic, encompassing process improvement, business transformation, and technology implementations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead complex projects that span both business and technology domains, working with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the Atlas Admin Programme. You’ll collaborate with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and delivery teams to define scope, shape delivery strategies, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. From initiation through to benefits realisation, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial control are maintained to the highest standards.

This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across a cross-functional environment. You’ll also play a key role in embedding change, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the development of project management capability across Azets.
