Job summary

Azets is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Continuous Improvement team. You will lead enterprise-wide programmes and projects delivering operational efficiency and transformation, partnering with IT Solutions to turn ideas into technology-enabled change.

You will manage scope, delivery strategies, governance, budgets, risks, and benefits realisation across business and tech domains, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed change and grow project management

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide projects with significant business impact.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Ability to lead and influence in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex projects across business and technology functions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with senior stakeholders.
• Shape and implement delivery strategies using appropriate methodologies.
• Establish and manage governance structures, including steering committees and project boards.
• Own project budgets and financial performance, ensuring delivery within tolerances.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Business Change teams to ensure successful adoption of outcomes.
• Track and report on benefits realisation aligned to strategic goals.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including third-party providers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the PM community.
