As a Senior Project Manager, you will handle multiple top-tier projects, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish. You will manage campaigns, coordinate with disciplines and agency partners, and serve as the trusted face of delivery, overseeing timings, scope, staffing, budgets, and logistics.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects with detailed timelines and project management tools.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and push back when necessary.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring junior project managers in an agency setting.
• Strong financial control skills, including managing project budgets and providing updates to leadership.
• Familiarity with online and offline production and working with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and setup meetings, ensuring clarity on actions and timelines.
• Collaborate with account handling and discipline leads to manage client scope and agency partnerships.
• Produce fee estimates, scope of work documents, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Create and monitor accurate timing plans using project management tools.
• Coordinate resource bookings and ensure timely creative reviews.
• Manage client expectations with transparent communication.
• Follow internal processes to keep projects on track and resolve conflicts swiftly.
• Oversee project financials, track time, and ensure proper reconciliation.
