HealthHarmonie is a leading private healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services across the UK. We specialise in partnering with the NHS and ICBS to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.

Due to business growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to work alongside our Senior Management Team.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful mobilisation of new contracts. Your responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of the implementation process, working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of healthcare services.

About The Role
Plan
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
  • Create a detailed work plan identifying and sequencing activities needed for successful implementation.
  • Determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required for implementation.
  • Develop a schedule that allocates resources effectively.
  • Review and revise the schedule with senior management and affected staff.
  • Set objectives and success measures for the implementation’s evaluation.
Implement
  • Execute the project plan.
  • Develop documentation forms and records.
  • Ensure all information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders.
  • Review work quality regularly with the team to meet standards.
Control
  • Prepare reports for the Senior Management Team and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and seek approval for expenditures.
  • Track cash flow and report variances.
  • Keep financial records up-to-date and discuss regularly with management.
Evaluate
  • Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Assess outcomes against initial planning criteria.
About You
  • Proven project management experience, with effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to set targets and align with organisational goals and KPIs.
  • Experience in leading project meetings and facilitating discussions.
  • Experience in mobilising new contracts and working with Resource, Bid, and Contracts teams.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology (highly desirable).
  • Ability to work towards KPI objectives and deliver results.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of NHS structures, processes, and regulations (highly advantageous).
