Job summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will develop plans, manage cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and communicate updates to clients and senior management while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, with clear status updates.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee procurement and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improvements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
