Job summary

DNA Recruit represents a senior project management leader for a creative gifting and merchandise agency. The role anchors a newly formed project management function and requires a senior voice to steady briefs, push back when needed and guide a team.

You will line manage two Project Coordinators and own a busy portfolio from concept through sampling and production to delivery, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a team.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Background in custom production from concept to delivery.
• Experience in gifting/merchandise projects.
• Experience with overseas factories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Line manage two Project Coordinators and set clear expectations.
• Own a busy, varied portfolio of high-value projects from idea to delivery.
• Coach the team and raise standards across working practices.
• Hands-on role from sampling and production through to delivery.
