Job summary

DNA Recruit is recruiting an Exhibition Project Manager to own multiple stand projects from design through production, build and onsite delivery. You will lead the client relationship, coordinate with designers, production partners and suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of modular and custom stands across the UK and abroad.

You must have hands-on experience in the exhibition stand industry, strong budgeting acumen and a practical, solutions-focused approach to production

Qualifications

• Previous exhibition stand and build experience essential.
• Experience taking stands from design to production and showfloor.
• Ability to manage budgets, margins and P&L.
• Knowledge of RAMS, compliance and venue rules.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage stand projects from design sign-off through build, installation and debrief.
• Deliver modular and simple custom-build stands.
• Coordinate production with designers, production teams, and suppliers.
• Prepare costings and own project budgets, timelines and quality.
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations throughout delivery.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, health & safety and venue rules.
• Travel for installations and oversee onsite delivery.
