• Review drawings, specifications, variations, claims and other docs.
• Attend meetings, track actions and provide progress updates to management.
• Assist in monitoring costs, contracts and variations to ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate completion, defect rectification, documentation and handover.
• Identify risks and coordinate solutions to minimise delays and extra costs.
