Job summary
4Front Recruitment seeks an experienced HSE Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Hayes, West London. You will work with project teams, subcontractors and site management to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with legal requirements and industry best practice.
You will drive continuous improvement, support high risk activities and create an environment where everyone goes home safely every day.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering HSE on major construction projects.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 45001/14001/9001).
- Experience supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams with HSE standards and procedures.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
- Review RAMS and support safe delivery of high risk construction activities.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
