Job summary

Mace Construct Limited is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead a hyperscale data centre project in West London. You will guide the project team to achieve objectives, KPIs and value delivery within time and cost constraints.

You will collaborate with client and design teams, manage budgets, and apply Mace's safety framework to ensure robust delivery. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in project management for medium-sized projects.
• Developed communication, presentation, and project planning skills.
• Budgetary oversight experience and monitoring.
• Advanced coordination with stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality targets.
• Deliver internal fee expectations with risk mitigation and change management.
• Organize resources (design, technical services, external) for the project.
• Collaborate with client, design team, consultants and contractors to meet objectives.
• Demonstrate safety behaviours per Mace's HSW framework.
• Provide subject matter knowledge to support project teams and units.
• Procure and manage design and consultant teams to meet scope, fees and variations.
• Create and integrate design and authorities programmes with procurement and delivery.
