Job summary

Leonardo in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across land cyber and electromagnetic activities. You will work with project managers and stakeholders to deliver engineering outputs on time, within cost and to performance targets, supporting the delivery of next-generation defence systems for UK and export customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related science (essential).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managing schedule/budget (essential).
• Strong understanding of engineering lifecycles and processes (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential).
• Experience in EW/communications systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
