Leonardo UK invites applications for a Project Engineering Lead in the Electronic Warfare line, delivering complex systems for defence programs. You will lead project teams, manage costs and schedules, and coordinate with multiple sites across the UK and Europe, while ensuring compliance with lifecycle processes and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Good schedule and budget control.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially aware.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership competency but also can demonstrate team working skills.
• Knowledge of the Engineering lifecycle and business process preferable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate compliant cost, schedule and technical solutions by working effectively with all internal stakeholders.
• Manage & coordinate the project team(s), including Work Package management.
• Oversee required outputs & deliverables, including formal design reviews.
• Promote an Integrated Project Team approach throughout the project lifecycle.
