Qualifications
A degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the water sector.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in water treatment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaborative working skills.
Passion for delivering quality solutions and caring about environmental impact.
Responsibilities
Lead electrical project delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, quality and budget requirements.
Manage project engineers and coordinate with design teams to develop integrated solutions.
Build strong relationships with Thames Water stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Oversee testing, commissioning and smooth handover of completed projects.
Ensure all work meets health, safety and compliance requirements.
