Job summary
Kier Group in Thames Valley is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to deliver design and build services for Thames Water infrastructure. Based in the Northern Thames Valley, you will support project delivery, collaborating with supply chain and internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure successful project outcomes. You will manage construction programmes, engage partners on HSE, oversee design integration, chair meetings, and foster a right-first-time culture, with a focus on wellbeing.
Qualifications
Experience in the water industry or similar infrastructure projects.
CSCS card, SSSTS and Confined Spaces certification are required.
Experience reviewing RAMS and managing process risks.
Commercial awareness and collaborative skills essential.
Full driving licence required.
Responsibilities
Manage and update construction programmes to meet milestones.
Engage with supply chain partners on Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
Oversee design integration and design assurance against Thames Water Asset standards.
Chair supply chain meetings to monitor progress and elevate issues.
Promote a right first-time culture and capture lessons learnt.
