Job summary

Yorkshire Water is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join the Asset Delivery team. The role involves leading technical delivery across ICA projects, travelling to sites as needed, and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

You will supervise a team, drive safety standards, and manage design and delivery with strong commercial awareness. A hybrid work model with site visits is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CDM regulations and the role of Principal Contractor.
• Experience delivering ICA projects and handling design and delivery.
• Understanding of control of works and safety requirements in engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and line management of a team of Project Technicians.
• Technically manage and coordinate design and safe delivery of ICA projects within Specialist Projects.
• Ensure all projects comply with CDM requirements, supporting Client & Principal Designer.
• Adhere to Yorkshire Water engineering specifications and documentation.
• Drive health and safety standards, risk management and control of work.
• Ensure robust financial management and commercial awareness in decisions.
