Job summary

Qualifications

• HNC level qualification or equivalent.
• Active member or working towards professional membership (APM, RICS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Define scope of work within the contract and identify interfaces with other program elements.
• Deliver assigned small projects safely, efficiently, and per procedures.
• Prepare and maintain Project Definition Documents, Briefs, and Quality Plans.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with the Programme Execution Plan.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment across the contract.
• Lead contract/package delivery, monitor progress, and report milestones.
• Manage interfaces between contracts to enable timely delivery.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to follow governance procedures and policies.
