Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Kidderminster, on-site, to lead complex engineering and manufacturing projects from concept through to production and customer acceptance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver projects on time and within budget, in a highly regulated environment.

Experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects within defence, aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and quality.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering projects from concept through to production.
Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain activities.
Manage project risks, issues, change control and configuration.
Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Deliver project reviews, progress reports and technical presentations.
Support manufacturing readiness and ERP improvements.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and manufacturing performance.
