Job summary

SP Energy Networks in Cambuslang is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Delivery) to lead delivery of electrical distribution projects. You will manage project plans, contracts, and operational engineering up to 33kV, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a project delivery role.
• Excellent computer literacy and SAP systems competency.
• HNC or Degree in Electrical Engineering or suitably equivalent subject.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the district ED2 business plan by managing project, contract and operational engineering activities up to 33kV.
• Organise robust communication to minimise disruption and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety rules and legislation.
• Lead and mentor team members including trainees to develop skills and behaviours.
• Manage up to 5 project engineers and project coordinators.
• Ensure data capture, financial assurance, and project closure in corporate systems.
• Integrate Operational Excellence principles across undertakings.
