Job summary

1st Step Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer with a background in process, chemical or manufacturing to progress your career on diverse, turnkey projects across the UK. You will manage engineering projects cradle to grave, from client liaison to final delivery.

In this role you will oversee design to installation and commissioning, control costs and timelines, and attend site visits to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects from design through commissioning.
• Background in chemical, process, manufacturing, mechanical or engineering sectors.
• Open to candidates at various experience levels due to broad salary range.

Are you a Project Engineer with a background in Process, Chemical or Manufacturing looking to progress your career?

Do you want to work on a variety of technically challenging projects from cradle to grave?

This well established and growing company are a leading process engineering design, manufacture, installation and service and work to provide turnkey solutions to clients across the UK.

In this role you will work within the projects team and be responsible for managing and delivering engineering projects involving industrial process equipment, piping systems and plant installations. You will work cradle to grave, from initial client liaison through to final delivery.

The Role

• *Overseeing engineering project from initial design to installation and commissioning
• *Managing project costs, timelines and resources alongside project support team
• *Attending site visits to assess requirements and resolve technical issues

The Person

• *Project Engineering or Management experience
• *Background in any Chemical, Process, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Engineering industry
