1st Step in Somerset is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from cradle to grave, coordinating process equipment, piping systems and plant installations.

You will manage design through to commissioning, control costs and timelines, and visit sites to resolve technical issues. A background in chemical, process, manufacturing or mechanical engineering is preferred.

Are you a Project Engineer with a background in Process, Chemical or Manufacturing looking to progress your career?

Do you want to work on a variety of technically challenging projects from cradle to grave?

This well established and growing company are a leading process engineering design, manufacture, installation and service and work to provide turnkey solutions to clients across the UK.

In this role you will work within the projects team and be responsible for managing and delivering engineering projects involving industrial process equipment, piping systems and plant installations. You will work cradle to grave, from initial client liaison through to final delivery.
